gardens of Via Martiri Foibe

Hello,
We are collecting signatures time for a petition to require some administration work on the gardens of Via Martiri Foibe.
There being no other places or contexts of meeting, the residents have their own unique space such as green areas. Unfortunately, left to themselves: over the years many plants have died for the lack of an irrigation system. The absence of a fountain only stop to drink, prevented residents more willing to remedy this state of neglect.
So as the first request we have a water point to save the remaining plants and possibly to cry again.
Following administration suggest other interventions, already referred several times in the years but never obtained, even if we honestly think that minimum.
The installation of a bulletin board, the fence (just a network), access with a pitch on the lawn and driveway, a small meeting facility.

The fence is necessary for two reasons: because of the owners of dogs that smear the fields despite the ban on cartels and ordinances of the Mayor and a security issue since the areas bordering an irrigation ditch without any protection, despite the many children who play there.
access because it seems absurd that an entire new neighborhood built a few years ago, with about three hundred residents does not have a garden can also be accessed by disabled people, wheelchairs and for all in case of rain. Could not be foreseen at the project and claimed as a deduction by the infrastructure costs by manufacturing companies?
Finally, find everything to create a minimal structure to enable the community to meet, perhaps for parties or meetings that are now self-organized street. The problem of "Cascinazza Dormitory" has never been addressed by the administration. These demands are not exorbitant sincerely little difficult considering the size of the population has taken over the years. Now the second part of the municipality behind Casterno but compared to this years away light services and facilities.
